Arsenal are preparing to sell £60 million duo Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri by early next week, Goal.com can confirm.
Barcelona are finally closing in on a deal to land Fabregas after offering £35.1m including add-ons while Nasri has told his France team-mates that he is on the brink of joining Manchester City.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has accepted that both players will go and the club are now trying to wrap up the best possible deals for two of their most valuable players.
Goal.com can reveal that Fabregas has agreed to forego £880,000 for each of the five years of the contract that he has provisionally agreed with Barcelona to push through the move back to his boyhood club.
