Liverpool FC offered Milos Krasic as part of €28m deal for Luis Suarez - report

Juventus are reportedly lining up a €28million bid for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez - and are prepared to offer Milos Krasic as part of the deal.

Suarez, whose future at Liverpool has been a hot topic of conversation ever since his high profile clash with Manchester United defender Patrice Evra last year, last month hinted that he is ready to leave the Premier League following the departure of Kenny Dalglish as Reds boss.

And according to Tuttosport, after Liverpool were linked with a move for Schalke striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, Juve are set to renew their interest in the Uruguay international, who has been on their radar for some time.

According to Sunday's report, the Italian champions are ready to offer new Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers €18m in addition to Krasic, who would be valued at €10m.

Reports earlier this month had suggested that Liverpool were already in talks with Juventus over a deal for Krasic, who has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs over the past twelve months.

Along with the Merseysiders, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Tottenham have also been linked with Krasic in recent weeks, while Lazio and most recently West Ham have shown interest.

The 27-year-old is set to leave Juve this summer after barely featuring under Antonio Conte last season.

Last month, Krasic's agent, Dejan Joksimovic, insisted his client would leave Serie A this summer, stating: "It is certain that he will leave Juventus.

"He wants to leave, he has not been playing regularly and because of this his spell in Turin is over. His time in Italy has come to an end, and he is ready to go to another country.

"Tottenham or Liverpool? There is not a specific side who want to sign him. But believe me, he has a lot of clubs interested in him."
