Inter Milan are reportedly preparing to launch a £40million bid for Lille playmaker Eden Hazard, who is a target for the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

Clubs across Europe are lining up to launch bids for the 20-year-old, who is fast emerging as one of the most sought-after young players in Europe.
Hazard confirmed last month that he will leave Lille next year and is believed to be keen on leaving France to play in England, Italy or Spain.
AC Milan and Barcelona are believed to be keen on Hazard, while a report last week suggested Liverpool could look to sign the midfielder by using Joe Cole as bait in a bid to complete a deal next summer.
But according to talkSPORT, Inter are ready to make a move for the Belgium international and will test Lille's resolve with a £40m bid.
Reports in Italy last month had suggested Inter officials believed Hazard had a pre-contract agreement in place with Real Madrid after he snubbed them during the summer.
Lille president Michel Seydoux recently told clubs looking to sign his prize asset that he will not be sold on the cheap.
"The price is €50million [£43m] - and we'd like to make that clear in advance," he said.
"We are at a stage when the club is having discussions about what to do. It depends on the offers we get.
"Nobody is unsellable. We would be able to look for replacements with the money we would receive."
