The 36-year-old midfielder has been strongly linked with a move to the French capital with PSG, who can count on sizeable financial support from their Qatari owners.
Reports even suggested that he would be travelling to Paris to be presented as their latest signing over the weekend, although the player stayed in London after apparent delays.
L'Equipe ran a report on Tuesday night suggesting a deal has been concluded, while local paper Le Parisien is set to lead with a similar story on Wednesday morning.
However, the spokesperson made it clear that a deal with the French club, or anyone else, does not yet exist at this stage.
"No agreement with any football club has been reached. Any talk of a deal is premature. David is presently considering his options," Beckham's representative told Goal.com.
The Englishman's contract with Galaxy expires at the end of 2011, and the veteran midfielder's options still remain open as we move towards January.
