Manchester United's Ryan Giggs is delighted to give boss Sir Alex Ferguson a selection dilemma for next Tuesday's Champions League clash with Real Madrid.
The 39-year-old marked his 999th appearance on Saturday with his second Premier League goal of the season to seal a 2-0 win at QPR that cemented the team's 12-point lead at the summit with 11 games remaining.
After struggling during the early stages of the campaign, it has been a dazzling few weeks for the Welsh winger and comes at a perfect time where squad rotation is a necessity with United pushing for three trophies.
With a week to go before Old Trafford welcomes back the visit of former favourite Cristiano Ronaldo, along with his Real Madrid team-mates, Giggs said: "It is a headache for the manager but a good one.
"We are not looking too far ahead and we are not getting too excited. But we are in good form and the manager has a big squad to choose from, which allows him to chop and change and that is all you can ask for at this stage."
The fitness of Robin van Persie remains a concern after the striker fell into a TV camera at Loftus Road, although it would be a major surprise if the Dutchman failed to get the nod given the importance of the match.
