Brazil legend Ronaldo still believes that Neymar needs to move to Europe in order to fulfill his potential.
The talented 20-year-old has been strongly linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Chelsea but has repeatedly stated his commitment to his current club Santos.
In January, Ronaldo insisted that Neymar must ply his trade in Europe to be considered as one of the world's best, and five months on, the former Brazil international's opinion has still not changed.
''My opinion about him is still the same," Ronaldo told ESPN Brasil. ''Brazil's current moment is not ideal to keep a player of this calibre.
''When I gave my opinion, I was thinking about the player, and his ambition to conquer the world.
''It is very beautiful for Brazil that he stays here, his quality sets him apart from the rest, and we can see this every weekend.''
Neymar's contract with Santos runs until July 2014.
