Chelsea v Reading team news

Chelsea:

Chelsea will still be without defender David Luiz for their Premier League game against Reading on Wednesday. The Brazilian centre-back confirmed he will miss the game with a knee injury. Summer signing Marko Marin's hamstring injury is expected to sideline him until the international break. Ramires has recovered from the illness that kept him out of Sunday's

opening win at Wigan.

Roberto Di Matteo: "We are slowly looking to integrate Oscar like we did with the other signings. He hasn't been with us long so we have to give him the right time to get used to his new team-mates, the club and the team, do some tactical work with him and slowly put him into the team."

Reading:

Reading midfielder Jem Karacan will miss the game at Chelsea on Wednesday after failing to recover from a leg injury. Striker Jason Roberts misses out through suspension, but Jimmy Kebe is in the squad after recovering from a hamstring injury. New goalkeeper Stuart Taylor is available but is unlikely to start.

Brian McDermott: "They are the best team in Europe. I thought they were really, really good on Sunday. They started off really well. They got a couple of goals early on and could have scored another one when Fernando Torres went through. But it will be a great challenge for us tomorrow night."
