Juventus are ready to join Arsenal and Chelsea in the race to sign Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.
Higuain is widely expected to be offloaded by Madrid this summer should they sign another forward, with Arsenal captain Robin van Persie and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero just two of the names believed to be on their radar.
Reports in Spain earlier this month revealed that Chelsea failed with a €40million bid for Higuain last month, while it has since been reported in a British newspaper that Los Blancos accepted a bid for the 24-year-old, only for the player to reject a move to Stamford Bridge.
On Friday morning it was reported that Madrid are ready to offer Higuain to Arsenal as part of a £30million bid for Van Persie this summer (see below), but Juventus appear to be ready to make a bid for the Argentina international, with a club source telling Tuttosport: "We are willing to fight with Chelsea to recruit him."
According to reports in Italy, Juve are ready to offer up to £25m for Higuain.
Higuain's agent and father, Jorge Higuain, recently admitted that a move to Chelsea or Juventus would be a "great opportunity."
